OMJ COMMERCIAL

The sale of tobacco products is prohibited to persons under the age of 18.

OMJ Commercial shall not be held liable for the sale of any Tobacco products to any person who is under the age of 18 through its agents.

The quality of the products is to a high standard and OMJ Commercial shall not be held responsible for variation in quality from the manufacturers. All products sold are of European or Asian specification unless otherwise stated.

Refunds
OMJ Commercial shall be under no liability in respect of any defect arising in the goods/products supplied by any of its agents.
OMJ Commercial shall not refund any customers for any defective products which have been purchased through one of the agents.
Disclaimer of Liability - The OMJ Commercial assumes no liability whatsoever for any products which have been sold to its agents.

Intellectual Property
OMJ Commercial retains all intellectual property rights in the goods including but not limited to any and all patent, trade secret, trademark or copyright rights. Buyer shall have no such rights by virtue of entering into a Purchase Order. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Buyer agrees that it shall not, following its purchase of the Goods hereunder, build, manufacture, fabricate or reverse engineer the Goods, or sell or use any item so built, manufactured, fabricated or reverse engineered.
